In case of problems that you cannot resolve with the IG server installation, you should do the following:

1. Save the IG server configuration to a file (config.txt).
   Use the File, Save Config as option on the IG interface.
   
   
2. Save the ServerSettings.ini file.
3. Download/Install the ethereal protocol analyzer (www.ethereal.com).
   Trace all the InterGate ports and reproduce the issues.
   Save all the traces to different files.
4. Send to the support all the above files with a detailed description of your issue.
