Installation Steps
  1. Order iCards for the COD Sales Method.
    When ordering iCards you should order the cards for any location and the Sale Method=COD. You CANNOT order cards for the All location! But..

    You can create a dummy location and order for this location and use it later to distribute cards for All locations.
     
  2. Price The COD Cards.
    Open the option: Pricing, COD and select the appropriate location name.

     
  3. Place the URL link to a Web page.
    You can distribute the COD cards from any site by placing the following URL link:
    https://www.arrowlink.com/partners2/store-cod.asp?ID=%PartnerId%&LOC=%Location%
     
End User Purchase Procedure
  1. Select the prepaid card to purchase

    and press the Collect On Delivery button.
     
  2. Provide the COD data and press the Checkout button.

     
  3. Receive the Pin Code with the payment confirmation screen

     
  4. Both the End User and the iCard MIS partner will get an email with detailed information on the transaction.
     
  5. The iCard MIS partner will prepare a printed document with the Pin Code and instructions or send a printed prepaid card with instructions to the user.

    Use a dummy location name..

    Yes. You can place the COD payment URL link at any web site.
  3. Can I place the COD payment URL link to a location's login screen?
    Yes. You should place this manually.
  4. Will the email sent to the user contain the Pin Code?
    No. The user will discover the Pin Code once he/she has paid for the COD service.
  5. Can I combine PayPal and COD payments?
    Yes. There is no restriction to the payments used by an operator.
  6. Can the user purchase multiple prepaid cards through a single order?
    No. This payment will only accept a single prepaid card per order.
